Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Food Orders

Once an order is confirmed and prepared, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds. If you face an issue, please contact us immediately.

2. Delivery Disputes

If an item is missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, we will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

3. Banquet / Catering Cancellation

  • Cancellation 7 days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation under 3 days: No refund

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
